All necklaces created using our charm builder (Classic, Dainty, and Sports Customs) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for an exchange.

Due to these being made to order, our small business cannot take on the production costs associated with returns or exchanges. That being said, we are always ready to work with you if you are not happy with an aspect of your custom. 

NON CUSTOMS

All other purchases are eligible for an EXCHANGE only within 5 days of receiving the order.
