SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

Every Coastal Caviar piece is crafted by hand. Because of this, please allow us up to 3-4 weeks to produce your piece. However, most orders will be fulfilled faster. Please note that production time may increase during peak season or during new product launches. 


SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order has been processed, we will ship it to you via USPS Ground Advantage FREE. Currently, we only ship to the United States but hope to expand our shipping options as our business grows.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@shopcoastalcaviar.com and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. Please understand we are not responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the incorrect address.
